A fine 19th Century Grand Tour patinated cabinet bronze of The Capitoline Wolf suckling Romulus and Remus. Well cast with good detail and a lovely deep green brown patina. Presented on a nicely figured Siena marble block base. After the original sculpture in the Palazzo del Conservatori on the Capitoline Hill, Rome.
